Diversity Workshop

For this introductory price, I will deliver a half day workshop for up to 15 team members covering a range of topics around Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility, coming from lived experience in disability, neurodivergence and queer topics and touching on other areas from a position of sincere allyship.
Social Skills Training

I have availability to provide social skills training as a psychosocial recovery coach to neurodivergent individuals seeking to improve their social interactions. I have my NDIS worker screening and induction training complete for NDIS Plan and Self-Managed Clients.

IDEA is an acronym for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility and these are at the heart of what IDEA HR consulting does.
I am Taz, and I am offering support, training and coaching to local small and medium businesses who are interested in growing a resilient, creative and diverse workforce by intentionally recruiting and retaining staff from marginal backgrounds.
I live with multiple marginalities and draw on lived-experience, my networks of others with different marginal experiences and my Bachelor degree in Psychology and Master of Research (Psychology - currently partway through), as well as extensive advocacy work in Queer and Disability spaces.
